About FreePass: Thailand airport Fast Track
FreePass gets you through the airport quickly on arrival and departure. Our assistant meets you with a name sign and takes you through passport control without the queue; with VIP, they also help with your luggage all the way to the exit. We work at Phuket HKT, Suvarnabhumi BKK, Don Mueang DMK and Chiang Mai CNX.
Our own figures show Fast Track cutting the average time spent in the airport from 1 hour 34 minutes to 19 minutes. It speeds up airport formalities rather than skipping them: you still need valid documents, and immigration still makes the entry decision.

- Arrival Fast Track: a meeting at the gate and a dedicated passport control desk.
- Departure Fast Track: a meeting at the terminal entrance and a fast lane through passport control and security.
- VIP meet and greet: adds luggage help and an escort to your transport or to the departure area.
- Suvarnabhumi shuttle car: a VIP arrival service with an electric cart.
