VIP Fast Track with shuttle car at Suvarnabhumi
Suvarnabhumi is one of the largest airports in Asia, and the walk from the gate to the exit can be a long one. VIP Fast Track with shuttle car takes that walk out of the equation: a FreePass assistant meets you at the gate, seats you on an electric cart and drives you to passport control, which you clear without queuing. The cart then takes you to baggage claim, where staff help you collect and load your suitcases, and on to the terminal exit.
Who it is for

- anyone with a lot of luggage.
A shuttle car seats up to three, so it is priced per car rather than per person — a car with one, two or three passengers. If there are more than three of you, you will need another car: four passengers, for example, ride three in one car and one in a second, each car at its own rate. Only for arrivals at Suvarnabhumi (BKK). There is no electric cart for departures or at Phuket, Don Mueang or Chiang Mai, where Standard and VIP are available instead. Check the airport code on your ticket: Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK) are two different Bangkok airports.
Hotel transfer
The cart runs inside the terminal and drops you at the exit. If you need a transfer to your hotel, we can arrange one for an extra charge — anything from a standard car to a VIP limousine with security. Ask the manager.
Send a request choosing BKK, arrival, VIP with shuttle car, your local flight date and the number of passengers — include everyone, children too. Add your flight number if you have it; the manager will confirm it either way. Our staff track your flight and any delays. If someone in your party has limited mobility or you are carrying unusual luggage, tell the manager in advance.
