Thailand entry documents for your Fast Track meeting
To book an airport meeting you only need the airport, direction, service, date, number of passengers and a way to contact you. We do not need your passport details or nationality.
Fast Track speeds up airport formalities — it does not bypass them. Your airline and Thai immigration still check your documents, and only immigration decides on entry. Having everything ready is what lets the escort save you the most time.
Check your passport's validity: it usually needs at least six months remaining from your arrival date. Make sure you have a basis for entry — a visa or visa-exempt status for your nationality. Rules depend on your passport and purpose of travel and change from time to time, so confirm them with official sources and your airline.
If your situation is unusual — frequent entries, a less common visa, or a connection on separate tickets — message the manager before booking.
- Passport, plus a visa if you need one.
- Your TDAC digital arrival card confirmation.
- Return or onward ticket.
- Accommodation booking with an address in Thailand.
- Proof of funds, if required for your type of entry.
- Your FreePass meeting confirmation and the manager's contact.
Keep documents in your hand luggage and confirmations saved offline on your phone.
Children and families
Every passenger, including children and infants, needs their own documents and their own TDAC. If a minor is travelling with one parent or without parents, check any extra requirements for your route. List every passenger in the request — the price is per person.
Double-check the airport code: Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK) are two different Bangkok airports. It is best to give your flight number when booking; the manager will confirm it either way. Our staff track your flight and any delays — just let the manager know if the flight or date changes.
Reduced mobility and heavy luggage
If you need help getting around or travel with a lot of luggage, consider the VIP meeting or the Suvarnabhumi shuttle car, where an electric cart takes you from the gate to passport control, the baggage belt and the exit. Wheelchairs and in-flight assistance are arranged with your airline.
Have your passport, ticket and any documents for your destination and transit countries. Check baggage and cabin allowances. If you plan to claim a VAT refund, tell the manager in advance. The departure meeting takes place at the terminal entrance.
There is no strict dress code, but tank tops, swimwear and very short skirts are out of place at an airport: no one will turn you away, but people may be less welcoming. Terminals are also kept cool by air conditioning, so bring a light layer.
Check the prices, choose arrival or departure and send a request. More answers are in the FAQ.
FAQ
No. The airport, date, number of passengers and a contact are enough. You will only show documents at control in the airport.
No. Fast Track speeds up the procedures but does not replace a visa or visa-exempt entry. Immigration makes the entry decision.
No. All mandatory checks still apply — you simply pass them faster through a dedicated lane without queuing.
Not a strict one. Still, tank tops, swimwear and very short skirts are out of place at an airport, and terminals are cool from the air conditioning — dress a little warmer.
