VIP arrival
A staff member meets you at the gate holding a name sign, takes you through passport control without queuing, helps you collect your bags, walks you to the terminal exit and sees you into a taxi or bus. More on the arrival Fast Track and VIP pages.
VIP departure
A staff member meets you at the terminal entrance, helps with your luggage and takes you through passport control and security, skipping the queues, all the way to the departure area. More on the departure Fast Track page.
You need the service where you clear international passport control. If you fly into Chiang Mai on a domestic flight after entering Thailand through Bangkok or Phuket, there is no passport control at CNX, so book Fast Track at your entry airport instead: Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang or Phuket.
Families and older travellers
VIP is especially helpful if you are travelling with children, older relatives or a lot of luggage. Include every passenger in your request, children too: the service is charged per person and there is no separate child rate. Ask the manager about infants travelling on a parent's lap.
Transfers
Transfers are not part of Fast Track, but we can arrange one for an extra fee, from a standard car to a VIP limousine with security. Ask the manager.
Fast Track speeds up airport formalities; it does not skip them. You still need a valid visa or entry permission, the TDAC and other entry documents, and the immigration officer makes the final decision.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. In the booking form, enter the local flight date, your flight number and every passenger. It is best to add the flight number straight away, although the manager will confirm it anyway.
