VIP Fast Track: meet and greet with luggage help
Standard Fast Track takes the queue out of passport control. VIP goes further: your assistant helps with your luggage and stays with you all the way through the airport. It is a good choice if you are travelling with family, older relatives or several suitcases.
VIP arrival
Your assistant meets you at the gate with a name sign, takes you through passport control without queuing, helps you collect your bags from the carousel and walks you to the terminal exit, where they help you into a taxi or onto a bus.
VIP departure
Your assistant meets you at the terminal entrance, helps with your luggage and takes you through passport control and security, past the queues, to the departure area.
- Phuket HKT — arrival and departure;
- Don Mueang DMK — arrival and departure;
- Chiang Mai CNX — arrival and departure;
- Suvarnabhumi BKK — VIP with shuttle car on arrival, travelling through the terminal by electric cart.
VIP is charged per passenger; VIP with shuttle car is priced per car of up to three. See prices for each airport.
VIP includes an escort to the terminal exit and help getting into a taxi or onto a bus. If you need a transfer, we can arrange one for an extra charge — anything from a standard car to a VIP limousine with security. Ask the manager for details.
A priority lane is an airline perk for business and first-class passengers. VIP Fast Track is a separate airport service that does not depend on your airline or ticket class, so you can book it with an economy ticket too.
If you need extra help
Let the manager know in advance if you are travelling with older passengers, small children, a pushchair or a lot of luggage, so we can plan the meeting around you. For passengers with limited mobility at Suvarnabhumi, the shuttle car is the best fit.
Send a request with your airport, direction, service, local flight date and number of passengers. Add your flight number if you have it — the manager will confirm it anyway. Before you travel, prepare your documents and TDAC: VIP speeds up the formalities but does not replace them. See how it works for confirmation and payment.
