TDAC: Thailand Digital Arrival Card
The Thailand Digital Arrival Card is the online arrival form every traveller entering Thailand must complete. It replaced the paper card in May 2025. The TDAC is not a visa: it does not grant entry or replace your basis for entering the country.
Fast Track speeds up airport formalities rather than skipping them. You complete the card yourself before you fly — our staff do not submit it on your behalf.
Use only the official Immigration Bureau website, where submission is free. Step-by-step instructions are in the official guide. Third-party sites that charge a "processing fee" are not part of the government system.
- Submit the card within three days before arrival, including the day you enter.
- Every entry needs a new TDAC; a card from a previous trip does not carry over.
- Children, including infants, need a card too. You can enter family members' details for them.
- Transit passengers who do not pass through immigration do not need one. Crew have a separate exception — check your category in the guide.
- The THIM app is an optional extra, not a substitute for the official form.
Your passport and personal details, arrival date, flight number, purpose of visit, accommodation address in Thailand and an email address for the confirmation. If the system asks health questions, list the countries you visited in the two weeks before arrival. Spell your name in Latin letters exactly as in your passport.
Once submitted, save the confirmation on your phone so it opens offline. If your flight or address changes, check and update the details before departure.
A card completed in advance saves time at passport control, so your arrival Fast Track meeting runs without delays. If anything about the card is unclear, message the manager before you fly.
Besides the TDAC, check your passport, visa or visa-exempt status, onward ticket and accommodation booking — see the Thailand entry documents checklist.
Choose your airport — Phuket, Suvarnabhumi, Don Mueang or Chiang Mai — check the prices and send a request. A manager will contact you to confirm the details.
