Phuket Airport (HKT) Fast Track
Phuket International Airport is the main gateway to the island, and in high season the immigration queues can be very long. FreePass Fast Track gets you through the formalities quickly: on average, our passengers spend 15–25 minutes in the airport instead of an hour and a half.

Arrival meet and greet
A staff member meets you at the gate holding a name sign and takes you to a dedicated immigration counter, where passport control usually takes 3–5 minutes. With VIP, we also help you collect your bags, walk you to the terminal exit and see you into a taxi or bus. More on the arrival Fast Track page.
Departure assistance
A staff member meets you at the terminal entrance and takes you through a dedicated passport control and security lane, skipping the queues. VIP adds help with your luggage and an escort all the way to the departure area. More on the departure Fast Track page.
The airport is busiest from 15 December to 15 February, and from December to March morning arrivals between roughly 07:00 and 12:00 are especially heavy. At those times the immigration queue can take over an hour, which is where Fast Track saves the most time.
Check the airport code on your ticket. If you connect in Bangkok, you may clear international passport control there, in which case you need the service at Suvarnabhumi or Don Mueang.
Hotel transfer
Transfers are not part of Fast Track, but we can arrange one for an extra fee, from a standard car to a VIP limousine with security. Ask the manager.
Fast Track speeds up airport formalities; it does not skip them. You still need a valid visa or entry permission, the TDAC and other entry documents, and the immigration officer makes the final decision.
We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead. In the booking form, enter the local flight date, your flight number and every passenger. It is best to add the flight number straight away, although the manager will confirm it anyway.
