Before you book

Tell us your airport, whether you are arriving or departing, your flight date and number, and how many people are travelling. The manager will explain which services your airport offers and set up the booking. You can also send a request on the website yourself in a couple of minutes.

About an existing booking

Include your booking reference so the manager can find it quickly. Keep to one channel so nothing gets lost, and let us know straight away if your date or flight changes.

Payment

You pay once the manager has confirmed the details. Pay by baht transfer to the Thai account provided by the manager (from a Thai bank or your own bank abroad), TrueMoney or cash at the office.
