Departure Fast Track in Thailand

In high season, passport control and security queues at Thai airports can easily take an hour or more. With Fast Track, a FreePass assistant meets you at the terminal entrance and takes you to a separate passport control and security desk, past the main queues.

Standard departure

You are met at the terminal entrance and taken through passport control and security without queuing, so you can spend the time before boarding relaxing rather than standing in line.

VIP departure

VIP adds help with your luggage: your assistant meets you at the entrance and accompanies you through passport control and security all the way to the departure area.

Bring your passport and ticket, and check the document requirements for your destination and any transit country. Fast Track speeds up the formalities but does not replace them: check-in, bag drop and boarding cut-off times are still set by your airline, so arrive at the airport with the usual margin.

Flying from Bangkok? Check the airport code on your ticket: Suvarnabhumi (BKK) and Don Mueang (DMK) are different airports.

Send a request with your airport, departure, service, local flight date and number of passengers. Add your flight number if you have it — the manager will confirm it with you in any case. The manager then contacts you to confirm the meeting point and payment details.
